Hospitality

We are actively seeking our hospitality acquisitions and select developments (preferably IHG and Marriott brands) from coast to coast, ideally 7 years old or newer. We will also look at purchasing distressed hotels and third party hotel management.

Acquisition Targets & Strategy:

  • Limited-Service Hotels (Marriott & Hilton Flags)
  • 8% or greater year one unlevered returns
  • Stabalized or Distressed Opportunities
  • Prefernce for Hotels 7 years old, or younger.
  • Hold Strategy – create operational efficiencies, cashflow and
    exit as hospitality market nears its high point.

RREI partners have purchased/developed, owned and operated 85 hotels (7,259 keys). RREI partners currently own and manage 41 hotels (3,560 keys) in 13 states from California to Florida/New York.
