Robert Stec, CGO Chief Growth Officer
Robert brings 25 years of business-development, marketing, strategy and real-estate expertise to RREI, pairing capital-markets insight with tech-forward growth strategies. His business-development skills were pivotal in scaling a nascent senior-housing fund from $0 to $150 million in capital under management (CUM) and to $500 million in assets under management (AUM) by building its brand and retail accredited-investor channels. He has collaborated with real-estate sponsors and developers on projects ranging from tax-incentivized, bonus-depreciation developments to, as a Certified International Property Specialist, land and destination ventures across the U.S. and Mexico. Robert served as an advisor to STS Capital Partners, a global M&A firm guiding founder-led companies through transformational exits, and is a partner and advisor to Investment Grade Income Property, a boutique net-lease brokerage sourcing single-tenant assets nationwide and deepening RREI’s reach in the NNN space. His digital-growth acumen honed while developing web assets, managing servers, and directing more than $2 million in ad spend alongside Google’s Accelerated Growth Team now drives RREI’s strategic growth initiatives and technology-enabled systems across the healthcare, hospitality, and workforce-housing verticals. A licensed managing broker, Robert also provides in-house expertise for RREI’s investment-sales, acquisition, and disposition activities.
John Raettig , Senior Advisor Institutional Investor Relations
John brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of architecture, adaptive-reuse development, and capital formation to RREI. A licensed commercial broker since launching Raettig Real Estate while completing dual degrees in Architecture and Historic Preservation, he has repositioned dozens of under-utilized assets into thriving mixed-use destinations—generating new tax revenue, jobs, and community vitality across the Midwest and Mountain West. John’s redevelopment track record and board service have earned him a deep network of family offices, and civic leaders who value his disciplined, “responsible risk” approach to wealth creation. His expertise in structuring complex capital stacks for obsolete properties—often blending sale-leasebacks, historic tax credits, and private equity—aligns perfectly with RREI’s mission to fuse institutional rigor with impact-driven real estate solutions. As Senior Advisor for Institutional Investor Relations, John leverages decades-long relationships and street-wise insight to expand RREI’s capital partnerships and to identify heritage assets that fit our healthcare, hospitality, and workforce-housing verticals. His passion for turning neglected buildings into engines of opportunity embodies RREI’s commitment to profitable, socially responsible projects.
