Dilip Petigara
inChief Executive Officer & Board Director
Dr. Sitaram is a physician and entrepreneur who built his own surgical practices and acquired the real estate in which they operated. He has also developed and owned Marriott- and Hilton-branded hotels, along with multifamily and condominium properties. His experience spans the full real estate lifecycle, from tenant and operator to owner in healthcare and hospitality, and developer and owner across RREI’s other focus areas. He founded Acuere Capital Partners, an Austin-based family office with more than $100 million invested across real estate, energy, commercial lending, and insurance. As an investor in Responsible Real Estate and chair of its board, Dr. Sitaram brings both deep operating experience and personal conviction, with his family’s capital invested alongside the platform’s co-investors.

Brendan Hotchkiss

Brendan has spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate as an investment sales broker, acquisitions officer and capital advisor, and has advised on more than $4 billion of transactions. For the past decade he has specialized in build-to-rent and multifamily development, helping developers finance and sell their projects. He also co-founded LDCRE, an online commercial real estate marketplace that grew to more than 33,000 registered users and $1.892 trillion of listings across 49 countries.

Paul Cronin
inChief Financial Officer & Board Director
Paul provides the institutional credit and capital markets discipline that family offices and sophisticated investors expect before committing seven-figure capital. He spent more than 30 years in banking and financial services across Santander, KeyBank, HSBC, and ABN AMRO/LaSalle, with responsibility for corporate and structured finance, capital raising, and client development. He has personally led the management of a $750 million leveraged loan fund and a $1 billion high yield fund, with full investment committee responsibility across multiple asset classes. As a partner at Salmon Leap Capital Partners, he advises private funds and family offices on capital structuring and credit strategy. His presence on our platform means every Responsible Real Estate acquisition is underwritten with the same structural discipline a top-tier institutional buyer would demand. That same rigor now protects every investor in the platform, regardless of check size.
